    I think you forgot one – Canada’s CN Tower in Toronto. At one time it was the tallest free-standing structure in the world, but that might have changed now. In any event, surely to goodness it ranks in the top ten.

    Yes Melanie, it was the tallest free-standing structure and the tallest tower since 2010 until the completion of Burj Khalifa and Canton Tower.

    Burg Khalifa, that building is amazing. I wonder what the elevator systems are like in these things. These buildings are impressive though, its amazing what you can build with a million dollars.
